The company joined Criva Solutions on September 14, 2023, and has since generated over $20,000. We have helped boost its brand recognition, generate more leads through Facebook ads, and increase traffic and popularity locally. Summary

Radiance Rejuvenation Spa partnered with Criva Solutions to scale its business and become one of the top medical spas in Henderson/Las Vegas. During the initial phase of our partnership, the client lacked landing pages and a CRM. One of their primary goals was to ensure a steady supply of leads through Facebook ads. Besides improving brand awareness and local rankings, the client also needed assistance in setting up proper workflows and appointment systems.

A significant challenge was to schedule appointments as quickly as possible. Since the location caters exclusively to female customers, we employed multiple female appointment setters and distributed a certain percentage of incoming leads among them. This strategy ensured that no one was overwhelmed with calls.

Our goal is to grow the business and excel in all ways possible. We strive not just to have appointments set but to ensure they are carried through. We aim to increase the lifetime value for each customer. We generate offers that attract and packages that sell.

Facebook Ads

Our team executed a Facebook lead generation campaign to attract leads for the client's Mini-Mommy Makeover treatment. This campaign was aimed at women interested in a quick and safe method for fat loss. The objective was to maximize the number of leads signing up. To achieve this, we created an enticing offer, as reflected in the ads below.

Additionally, we utilized Facebook to target a broad audience without specific interests. This approach surprisingly generated a substantial number of leads ready for conversion. Overall, there was a 40/60 split between the broadly targeted and interest-targeted campaigns, with the latter having the higher share.

Google Ads

Criva Solutions had also assisted the client with setting up Google Analytics and running Google Search Advertisements. The keywords used were centered around “mommy makeover” & “what is a mommy makeover”. Below are a few examples:
